Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

We are conscious that you would have already been given a lot of update and advise on the Coronavirus.   As a responsible host/landlord,  we would like our residents and guests to know what we are doing to mitigate the risk and impact.

Where we are responsible for the cleaning of communal areas in your property,  we have increased this clean to twice per week, with additional focus on banistisers etc using antibacterial gels.

We ask that, as most of our guest and residents usually do:

• continue to wipe your  surfaces after use with antibacterial wipes or simply liquid soap with some warm water.
• spare an extra two minutes to run the hot water from you lower shower against your shower cubicles after use.
• keep surfaces clutter free so that its easy to clean
• keep generally safe,  as recommended by the government advice hyperlink below:
